I remembered the password

It's been so long since I've blogged. I thought I had forgotten the password and gave it a couple of tries. Our old posts bring back some fond memories. The kids have grown so much in the last few years. Calum is now four, an old fella, and keeps us very busy. He loves video games, movies and super heroes.

Oh yeah...

I read over our blog tonight and there are a lot of memories here.

Geez, remember when everyone was emailing? Then everyone was blogging? We are all now facebooking or texting. Soon we will all twitter. What comes next?

A brief update. Calum is 4 years old and is forever chattering about something or someone. Dakota is now 16 and is yearning to drive with her new learners' licence. Desiree is 19 and is in and out of the house. Angie and I are good.

Let's see if anyone notices that I have added a post to Calum's News.

Finally, a new post

Just testing out a new toy. I got a really small Asus Eee subnotebook computer off of
craigslist today. It's really small, runs on Linux but can surf and edit docs and has a built in camera. It looks like I can load WinXP but the hard drive is only 4GB.

Anyway, I wanted to say that all is well with us. Calum is in a new daycare and is loving it. Desiree has finished school and is taking some time off. Dakota is in Grade 11. Don and I are busy at work. Nothing exciting to report. Will post new pics soon.

Hi

It's been so long since I blogged that I hardly know what to write. We've been busy - work, chores, kid stuff. Calum is growing so fast. Desiree is graduating this year and Dakota has only 2 years left. Don and I are busy at work. We are looking forward to some nice weather for geocaching and gardening. The peas and beans are already growing in our strange little rows. Calum and I planted them all more than a bit crooked. I've been copying Calum's baby videos to DVD and will post a clip or two soon.

Hope all you Mom's had a great Mother's Day.
